Find out what in five minutes. Then license them properly: de-identified before anything leaves, under UK GDPR, with you approving every buyer.
Workplace AI learns from how real work gets done. That's the day-to-day trail inside most companies with 30 or more staff.
Our estimator scores the same things a buyer weighs, tells you plainly when data isn't licensable yet, and names one next step.
Headcount drives volume.
Years of records, not months.
Several systems beat one clean export.
Clear ownership, little customer personal data.
Outcomes recorded: a fix, a won deal, a review.
Illustrative: 85 staff, 9 years, 5 systems
Answer nine questions. No files, no logins. You get a verdict, an indicative range and the factor that matters most.
A readiness review: what you hold, what you own, what must stay out. De-identification runs inside your own environment before anything leaves.
We take it to 2–4 buyers at once, check every contract term, and you sign only what you're happy with. We're paid from the proceeds.
Training workplace agents.
Firms that license and prepare company data for labs.
Teams building in-house models.
Testing agents against real work.

Owners of live companies, insolvency practitioners holding an estate, and the advisers who know them both.
It can be, done properly. Anonymising personal data is itself processing, so it needs a lawful basis and an assessment first. Customer personal data usually stays out. We run that assessment with your lawyer before anything moves.

Research shows they can, even from a single example. That's why de-identification happens before transfer, tested against the ICO's "motivated intruder" standard.
The estimator says so plainly and tells you what would change it. Many companies under 25 staff or with one system aren't a fit yet.
