We collect your name, work email, company, role and estimator answers to send your estimate and one follow-up (lawful basis: steps you asked us to take, and legitimate interests). Kept for 24 months, then deleted.
If you use AI mode, your messages are sent to Anthropic, our AI provider, to generate a reply. We don't store the conversation, and we count messages per IP address for one day only, to limit use. Please don't share personal or confidential details in it. If you request our report, we keep your email (and name and company, if given) to send it, and to send occasional updates only if you ticked that box. Reply "unsubscribe" at any time.
We contact businesses using contact details they publish (for example a firm's generic enquiries address), and public registers (Companies House, The Gazette), under legitimate interests. We don't contact sole traders or partnerships by email without consent. Every email offers an opt-out, which we keep on a suppression list so you are never contacted again.
We don't hold it. The company or its insolvency practitioner is the controller; see our trust page and objection page.
Hosting (Cloudflare), email delivery, and an AI service that helps sort replies. Where data leaves the UK we rely on adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses.
